About Me.
Does our Education System deliver what we need?
My name is Adrianna Hu. I want the education system to change to create a better learning environment.
I am a year 11 student at Lakeside College. I will be talking about how we can improve the education system by incorporating more creativity and freedom in learning.
I want an education system where students can enhance their potential and to succeed in life, in a more creative way. If we do that we can create a world of leaders for the next generation that follows in order to create a better world.
Why does your idea matter to you?
Mainstream Education lacks creativity and wonder
I moved from a Steiner School into a mainstream school and noticed a major difference between the two learning environments. I believe the system plays a big part in so many young people losing faith in their future.
How would you describe yourself?
Ambitious and Driven
I believe that nothing is impossible. I thrive on challenges! That is why I want to let people know that there is a serious problem with the way schools are run now and we ought ot make a change!
I am working towards becoming a teacher who can make a difference in the world of learning!
How does who you are contribute to what you want to share?
I love to learn
I am determined to make a positive difference to the world. I want changes to the education system to stop so many students developing negative attitudes towards school and towards leaning new things in general. We need more creativity and freedom to learn who we are and what our potential is.
